Terms and Conditions

I. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to Little Inventors Box, a STEM-based educational subscription box service. By subscribing, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with them.

II. Terms and Conditions of Sale

A. Certain Product Disclaimers

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – SMALL PARTS. NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS.
The products included in the Little Inventors Box are not designed, manufactured, or intended for use by children under the age of three (5). Some items may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that Little Inventors Box shall not be liable for any claims, liability, damages, loss, or costs arising from improper use or use by children under five years of age.

B. Products and Pricing

All products and materials offered through Little Inventors Box (the “Products”), including their descriptions and prices, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Little Inventors Box reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Product at any time. You agree that the company will not be liable to you or any third party for such changes, suspensions, or discontinuances, except as expressly provided in these terms.

If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate details due to typographical or supplier error, Little Inventors Box reserves the right to cancel or decline orders placed for the incorrectly listed item, even if the order has been confirmed or your payment method charged. In such cases:

If your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a credit for the amount charged.
If your payment method has not been charged, the order will not proceed.

C. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Products, subject to our acceptance. Order confirmations are not considered acceptance of your offer. Little Inventors Box reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order (in whole or in part) at its sole discretion.

Your order is considered accepted only when shipping details for the Products are provided. If we cancel all or part of an order, your exclusive remedy will be:

A credit to your payment method for the cancelled portion of the order, or
No charge for the canceled portion if the payment method has not been processed.

Additional verification or information may be required to process some orders.

D. Payment Terms

For each Product ordered, you agree to pay:

The listed price at the time of your order (“Product Price”).
Any applicable delivery fees (“Delivery Fees”).
Applicable taxes, duties, or fees (“Taxes”).

For subscription plans that auto-renew, you agree to be charged the Product Price, Delivery Fees, and Taxes upon each renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Renewal billing dates will be visible in your account.

Discounted Promotions: Subscriptions purchased with a promotional discount will automatically renew at the full price unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for any unpaid charges, late fees, or collection costs arising from failed payments.

E. Shipping Policy

Products are shipped according to the delivery method selected during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only, and Little Inventors Box is not liable for delays. We may deliver Products in installments and will notify you via email once your order ships. You may review shipping details in your account.

F. Return Policy

i. Return Eligibility

Subscription Products, bulk purchases, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Other Products may be eligible for returns as store credit, provided they meet the return requirements.

ii. Damaged Products
If a Product arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, you may request a return for a full refund. To qualify:

Notify customer service within 14 days of shipment.
Provide evidence of damage or discrepancy.

iii. Return Procedures
All returns must be unused, shipped at your expense, and comply with return instructions provided by customer service. Returns not following these procedures will be denied.

G. Promotions

Promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to their respective terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Only one promotion may be applied per order. Discounts or promotional prices will not apply to previous purchases.

III. Marketing Communications

Use of Your Contact Information
By subscribing to Little Inventors Box, you consent to the use of your contact details (phone number and email address) for:

Providing essential updates and information about your subscription and related services.
Sending promotional messages, special offers, and updates about Little Inventors Box via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Opting Out
You can opt out of marketing communications anytime by:

WhatsApp/SMS: Replying to any message with “STOP.”
Email: Using the “unsubscribe” link provided at the bottom of our emails or contacting us directly.

Opting out will not affect your ability to receive important service-related messages about your subscription.

Data Protection
We process and store your personal data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

IV. Feedback and Complaints Procedure

At Little Inventors Box, we aim to provide exceptional service. If you have feedback or are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us at admin@littleinventorsbox.co.uk within seven (7) days of your concern arising.

We take all complaints seriously and will endeavor to resolve issues promptly. Refunds will only be issued if we are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

V. Subscription and Refund Policy

Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Little Inventors Box service at any time. If significant changes occur, you may cancel your subscription for a pro-rata refund of any pre-paid amounts.

Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time after a minimum of 3 months. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

VI. Ownership of Materials and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, and products provided through our Subscription Box (including but not limited to printed materials, digital content, instructional guides, and packaging) are the exclusive property of Little Inventors Box or its licensors.

By subscribing to Little Inventors Box, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Restrictions on Use:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any materials provided through Little Inventors Box without prior written permission.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks associated with our boxes are the property of Little Inventors Box or its licensors. Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited.

VII. Miscellaneous

Modifications to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective 30 days after notification via email or posting on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
